16. Refined Sugars
Cancer and sugar tend to work hand-in-hand thanks to the fact that cancer can easily feed off of high sugar. Almost everything available today has high contents of refined sugar, with corn syrup being the most guilty culprit of raising our sugar levels. The best thing to do is to try and avoid anything that does not have natural sugar. This will cause any cancer cells to be starved of their food and should result in them not being able to continue to grow in any way.
